MLARI is redefining the future of management education, rooted in Peter Drucker’s philosophy of Management as a Liberal Art.

MLARI, the Management as a Liberal Art Research Institute, is dedicated to advancing Peter Drucker’s philosophy that management is not only about efficiency but also about ethics, human values, and cultural impact. As a leader in higher education research, the institute needed a brand identity that reflected its intellectual rigor while also presenting itself as accessible and forward-thinking.

We developed a visual identity that balanced tradition with innovation. The refined logo and typography honor MLARI’s academic foundation, while a modern color palette and contemporary design system bring energy and relevance. The result is a brand that communicates clarity, credibility, and purpose—positioning MLARI as a bridge between research, education, and real-world leadership.
